Between Art, Impact, and Cultural Leadership

Sheria Irving is the founder of Shaping Her Earth, a mentorship and leadership organization for young women of color.

Through structured programming, mentorship, retreats, and campus-based initiatives, SHE supports students across collegiate networks with leadership development, skill-building, and professional exposure.

The organization operates through partnerships with universities and community-based programming designed to support young women as they navigate academic and early professional spaces.

Sheria’s work as a founder is rooted in purpose and driven by a commitment to shaping a future where women of color are supported, celebrated, and positioned to lead.

She continues to expand her impact through speaking, storytelling, and strategic partnerships aligned with her mission to cultivate confident, purpose-driven leaders.

The mission of Shaping Her Earth (SHE) is to empower young women of color to rise as confident, capable leaders. We address the barriers and disparities they face in education and personal growth by providing mentorship, leadership development, and community-building opportunities. SHE creates safe, supportive spaces where participants gain the skills, networks, and confidence to thrive academically, professionally, and personally. Through intentional guidance and access to opportunities—including internships, workshops, and high-impact campus programs—SHE helps young women of color not just survive, but lead, innovate, and transform their communities.
