Sheria Irving is the founder of Shaping Her Earth, a transformative platform dedicated to mentoring, empowering, and elevating young women of color as they step into leadership and live with intention.
Through curated retreats, mentorship experiences, and intentional programming, Sheria has created impactful spaces where young women are supported, challenged, and equipped to move boldly toward their goals. Her work centers confidence, clarity, and community—bridging the gap between where young women are and who they are becoming.

The mission of Shaping Her Earth (SHE) is to empower young women of color to rise as confident, capable leaders. We address the barriers and disparities they face in education and personal growth by providing mentorship, leadership development, and community-building opportunities. SHE creates safe, supportive spaces where participants gain the skills, networks, and confidence to thrive academically, professionally, and personally. Through intentional guidance and access to opportunities—including internships, workshops, and high-impact campus programs—SHE helps young women of color not just survive, but lead, innovate, and transform their communities.
